Questions
What data does Stillwake read?
Only your daily summaries, heart rate and tags, through Oura's own sign-in. Nothing else.
Can I use it without connecting my Oura account?
Yes. Upload your Oura data export file instead. The file is read and processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to our server. It stays in that browser until you clear it.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your data, as our privacy policy states.
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare's servers. Export uploads stay in your browser.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnect your Oura account and everything is deleted. Accounts left inactive are purged after 90 days. You can also email hello@stillwakeapp.com, and we'll handle the request within 72 hours.
Is Stillwake made by Oura?
No. Stillwake is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Oura.
Is this medical advice?
No. Stillwake shows your sleep data and general research. It isn't medical advice, so talk to a doctor about health concerns.
